WHERE EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO HORSE AROUND!

Lovesome Stables Equitherapy provides therapeutic horseback riding for children and adults in Northern Kentucky. Equine-assisted therapy activities offer physical, emotional, and social benefits. Therapeutic horseback riding opens up a new world of experiences to students of all ages. And, most importantly, the kids have a great time. Our “equine volunteers” are the unique facilitators of this therapy, and our volunteers help each child feel special, important and valued.

MEET OUR ANIMALS

We have many horses and other animals at the barn. All of these animals love working with our students and enjoy spending time with parents and siblings during lessons.

WORK WITH US

Volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks from light stable duties to horse handling. Donations are needed to purchase equipment for the riders, and supplies for the horses. Donate to us.

Make a donation

Money is used to purchase equipment and helmets for safety, to provide scholarships for students, to train our horses and to pay for routine and emergency veterinary and farrier care. You may specify the need you wish to fund or provide a gift to be used wherever it is needed most. Gifts can also be given in Honor of a special person or as a Memorial. The appropriate acknowledgement will made.
